The Space:

A renovated studio condo on the 4th floor of the Grand Lodge — 100 yards from Crested Butte Mountain Resort. Walk to the Red Lady Express lift in 3 minutes, ski gear in hand.



The Grand Lodge is a 3-star property of individually owned condos. Unit 414 has been fully updated with new furniture, decor, and finishes. The building itself dates to 1999 — common areas show their age, but the unit does not.

King bed with a full mountain-themed art wall above. Queen pullout couch doubles as a sitting area during the day. The big trail map of CBMR hangs above the couch — guests say their kids spend hours tracing ski runs on it.

Stovetop, microwave, mini fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and cookware. Enough to handle breakfasts and simple meals.

Full bathroom with shower. Hair dryer, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided.

A car is helpful but not essential. The free town shuttle connects Mt. Crested Butte to downtown Crested Butte throughout the day.



For skiing, you walk — the lifts are 3 minutes from the front door.



From Gunnison-CB Airport (GUC): 43-min drive. Direct flights from Dallas, Houston, Denver, and Chicago during ski season.



From Denver (DEN): approximately 4-hour drive via US-285 S to US-50 W. AWD or chains recommended in winter.



Free parking in the Grand Lodge lot with EV charging. One parking pass per room.
