Beautifully appointed home with fabulous lower level living and entertainment area and is 3/10 of a mile to a private association beach. There is nothing else that would possibly be needed while staying at this beautiful West Yarmouth home. The spacious Living Room offers french doors leading to the deck area and for your grilling and dining pleasure. A well appointed kitchen will make meal prep easy. There are 4 good sized bedrooms for sleeping and are separated from the living areas. The Central A/C system will make the most hot and humid days comfortable. The lower level offers a terrific seating area, a bar area for entertaining and a ping pong table and other games to keep everyone entertained. A truly special vacation property!
