The Sand Castle - Mt Maunganui Beach

Summary:
This spacious 1970's inspired beachfront house has recently been stylishly renovated and refurbished . It offers stunning views of the ocean and direct access to the beach and is located just 200 meters from the Omanu Surf Club and lifeguard station. The property boasts a extensive front lawn with unobstructed views and beachfront access.

The Space:
The house is designed with the option of completely separate living spaces set over two levels and can be booked out as one whole property or just booked for upstairs only - if only 6 guests. The upstairs offers 3 bedrooms - 2 super king beds and 2 king single beds and a bathroom and additional toilet .There is an large kitchen and open plan living and dining area which opens onto a balcony- perfect for dining and enjoying the stunning oceanview's.
Downstairs offers another 2 bedrooms - 1 super king bed and 4 bunk beds. There is also another bathroom, living room and kitchenette downstairs. This area opens onto the driveway and front lawn.
IMPORTANT : If your reservation is for just 6 guests then upstairs only will be made available and downstairs will be locked off. Bookings for 7 -12 guests then the downstairs area will be made available. If your booking is for 6 guests and you require the downstairs area you need to advise us prior so we can arrange this. Additional charges will apply.
There is plenty of space for parking at the property and ideal if you have jet skis or boats to bring on holiday as well.

Other Things to Note:
We have a strict no party policy and only allow group bookings of over 25 year olds.
