Caves Beach House is a newly renovated, luxury 4-bedroom home tucked inside a quiet beachfront reserve estate — where Caves Beach is at the end of the street, the backyard is fully fenced, and the games room means everyone is happy from the moment you arrive. The Space:

Caves Beach House has just been fully renovated, and it shows. Light, bright, and thoughtfully styled throughout, this is a home that works hard for every guest — generous enough for a big family, warm enough to feel like your own. Multiple indoor and outdoor living areas give everyone the space to spread out, come together, and do both at the same time. It sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms, and from the moment you walk in, it feels instantly like home.

The Location:

Tucked inside a quiet, secure beachfront reserve estate on one of Caves Beach's most peaceful and sought-after streets. Caves Beach itself is one of the Hunter Coast's best-kept secrets — sheltered between two headlands, calm enough for young swimmers, and beautiful enough to make you wonder why you don't come every year. The beach is seconds from the front door. Once you arrive, the car stays parked.



The Games Room:

A dedicated games room with ping pong table and TV gives the kids their own space to disappear into — which means the grown-ups get to properly relax. It's the feature guests mention most, and the one that makes rainy days just as good as sunny ones.



The Backyard:

A fully fenced, level grassed backyard is one of Caves Beach House's standout features — safe for young children, perfect for a kick of the footy, and ideal for long sunny afternoons with the whole group. The quiet reserve estate setting adds to the sense of

For day trips, Redhead Beach, Newcastle's dining scene, and the broader Lake Macquarie region are all within easy reach by car.



Caves Beach House earns it keep all year. Summer means long beach days, backyard afternoons, and the kids living in the games room after dark. July school holidays fill fast — this is exactly the kind of home families return to year after year. In winter, the beach goes quiet, the house stays warm and light-filled, and the games room comes into its own on those slower, cozy days. Whatever the season, this place delivers.

Caves Beach is a coastal suburb on the Swansea peninsula between Lake Macquarie and the Pacific Ocean in New South Wales, roughly 30 km south of Newcastle. It’s named after its iconic sea caves at the southern end of the beach, which are popular to explore at low tide and help make the area a standout coastal destination. The beach itself is patrolled in warmer months and is great for swimming and surfing.



The suburb offers a relaxed, beachside lifestyle with a friendly community feel, attracting families, retirees, and nature lovers alike. There’s a small local village with cafés, restaurants, shops, and a surf life‑saving club that forms the social heart of the area, and plenty of parks and picnic spots for outdoor enjoyment.



Caves Beach’s natural beauty — golden sands, clear waters, dramatic rock formations and coastal walkways — makes it an appealing place for both visitors and residents. Its proximity to other beaches and Lake Macquarie adds variety to the lifestyle, blending seaside adventure with everyday suburban convenience.



Other Things to Note:

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and will ask you to provide a digital copy of your ID prior to arrival. These details are required via a secure, online Guest Check in Form and the details are stored safely.



We also require a refundable security bond of $500, which will be held for the duration of your stay to cover any potential damages. This will be released within 7 days after your departure, provided there are no issues.

You will also be asked to provide your card details via the same secure online check-in form. These details are encrypted and securely processed through the Stripe payment gateway.



We are governed by and fully comply with strict privacy laws, and your card details will not be shared with any third party or retained beyond what is necessary to securely process the required payment or authorization.



Third-party bookings are generally not permitted. The person making the reservation must be one of the guests staying at the property and must be present for the duration of the booking.



The booking guest is responsible for providing accurate guest details, completing all required verification, agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, and accepting responsibility for the conduct of all guests during the stay.



Exceptions may be considered for legitimate third-party bookings made by recognized insurance companies, corporate organizations, relocation providers, or similar authorized entities. Supporting documentation or additional verification may be required.
