House for 4-6 persons: approx. 115 m2 on two floors. A terrace leads to the entrance on the first floor. Heading inside, you can find a kitchen including dining area, a living room with sofa bed (90 x 190 cm), and a bathroom with shower. The upper floor (attic) features one double and one triple bedroom, each with air conditioning and ensuite bathroom with shower. The ground floor comprises a cozy lounge area.

Erstes Mal Kroatien und gleich ein Volltreffer

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Kroatien und es war einfach toll. Das Haus Erika ist 300 Jahre alt traditionell und rustikal und gleichzeitig urgemütlich. Die Umgebung ist ländlich und schön grün. Abends zirpen die Grillen und man kann super entspannen. Hunde sind herzlich willkommen auf dem großen Grundstück. Die Vermieter sind die gastfreundlichsten Menschen, die uns je begegnet sind. Extrem hilfsbereit, trotz Sprachbarriere und verwöhnt gaben sie uns vom Feinsten mit selbstgemachtem Wein, Schnaps, Gemüse, eingelegtem und Gebäck. Von Sumber aus erreicht man die beliebten Küstenorte Pula, Rovinj und Riejka in einer Stunde. Wir empfehlen das Haus absolut weiter an Leute, die es ruhig, Abseits vom Trubel mögen.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in romantischer Umgebung

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in Šumber und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Aufgrund der Hitze haben wir viel Zeit im Haus verbracht und es sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr aufmerksam und herzlich. Vielen Dank für alles.

Fantastisch

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub hier. Das Haus ist liebevoll renoviert, die Lage im ruhigen Hinterland ideal für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt, trotzdem sind Strände, Ortschaften und alle Geschäfte sehr schnell zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber waren überwältigend nett, selbstgemachter Kuchen und Wein zur Begrüßung, jederzeit mit guten Ratschlägen zur Stelle und zum Abschied eine Einladung zu einem tollen istrischen Abendeseen. Das Haus und der umliegende riesige Garten ermöglichen auch mal einen schönen faulen Tag, zumal auch für die Kinder viele Spielmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind. Wir haben es sehr genossen und waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal dort. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber!

Maison typique et accueillante

Maison typique et confortable avec un très grand jardin. Bien placé dans la région , proche de différentes plages , commerces et stations balnéaires. Mais le vrai atout de cette maison ce sont les propriétaires particulièrement sympathique, accueillant et généreux. Au plaisir de revenir chez eux.

Landhaus mit Stil und Komfort

Es war unsere erste Reise nach Kroatien und somit auch das erste Mal im Haus Erika. Insgesamt können wir beides empfehlen. Wir waren zu viert, zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Kroatien und insbesondere Istrien ist wunderschön und hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus Erika entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes und stilechtes Landhaus. Alle Annehmlichkeiten sind im Haus vorhanden. Die gastfreundliche und überaus nette Hausbesitzer waren stets erreichbar und haben uns bei allen Fragen ausgeholfen. Es war ein schöner Urlaub und sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir würden uns freuen wenn wir wieder einmal in das schöne Haus Erika und zu den netten Gastgebern wiederkommen würden.
