Hidden River, a home to wake up to the many sounds including the River, the local birdlife and wildlife.
Hidden River in East Warburton is located a short drive to the Warburton Township and surrounding sights.
The home offers guests 3 Bedrooms, 2 with Q/S beds and the 3rd Bedroom with 2 sets of bunks making it a great home for families and friends to get together to take in Nature either it by fishing, kayaking or swimming in the river.
Guests are kept comfortable all year round with split system heating and cooling in the open plan living and dining room.
Young families will enjoy letting the kids run free on the property, close the gate and they can play cricket, kick a football or ride their bikes around whilst your family fur babies run free.
Sit back around the fire pit after a hard day out 4-wheel driving or mountain bike riding.
People venture far and wide for a perfect holiday setting which this property has from its very own backyard. All of this is only a short drive from the iconic Redwood Forest and Warburton’s vibrant Main Street where you can enjoy a coffee or meal from one of the many cafes and restaurants. Cycling or walk along the Warburton Rail Trail or visit one of the many wineries or seasonal farm gates for local produce. There is so much to see and do when you stay in the Warburton and the Yarra Valley area.

Things to Note:
The house is in a residential area so please be mindful and ensure noise and music is kept to a minimum.
Families with young children will need to make sure they are supervised on the property due to the River being so close.
The neighbouring block of land is vacant and guests can use for a game of cricket or football. The neighbour may at times be staying in his caravan in the corner of the block. there are a few stakes in the ground showing the boundary between the two properties.
There is a second shower and toilet located outside on the back verandah which guests can use.
The path to the river has some steep steps and may not suit people with mobility issues.
The property has an enclosed front yard although small pets may fit under the gate. The backyard is not fenced.
The open fire place in the living is not for guest use.
There is TV is located in the bunk room - this doesn't have free to air TV, however there is a DVD player and some children's DVDS. Bring along your Chromecast or similar to plug into the HDMI point for access to your favourite streaming sites using the WiFI provided.
The TV in the living room does have access to free to air TV.
