Uniquely different home with gorgeous outlook. Close to main street, restaurants, brewery’s, local shops, supermarket (10 min stroll) , yet in a private , peaceful lane. There are 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms & quality linen, two with queen, one double, one with 2 singles & 2 trundles, also a large sitting room/study with a double ( and spectacular views) . Two large renovated bathrooms. Two adjoining lounge areas look through enormous floor to ceiling windows over the stunning gardens, gazebo, & 6 person built in spa. Well appointed kitchen , dining , family area , heating & cooling throughout , plenty of off street parking. Sit back and watch and listen to the myriad of native birds and a blissful sunset while enjoying a local wine.

We had the most lovely stay here - we were three families and our small children. The kids had such a wonderful time exploring the gardens and we had a very comfortable time all catching up. It was lovely and warm with the fire places and it such an extraordinarily well stocked place with everything you could possibly think of needing.

Great stay

The property was great and very comfortable and clean. Comfortable beds, nice outdoor open spaces. Would be amazing when the weather is warmer as we went in winter. We would highly recommend this property, the main shopping, eating strip is literally a 10-15 mins walk away.

Magnificently presented house with every convenience provided.We stayed during a cold & wet wintery weekend and were warm and comfortable the entire time. Only 3 of us, but would easily accommodate up to 12 people with multiple beautiful bedrooms and 3 lounging areas.Very homely without make you feel intrusive.OverallWonderful experience and will absolutely return.

Family birthday celebration

House was fantastic to accomodate three generations of our family. So much space for everyone to enjoy, including the garden. Beds were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked and so many little extras to make it special. Loved it!

A wonderful spacious home

The property easily and comfortably accommodated my friends following my daughters wedding. Everything that you need for a wonderful stay was provided. Girls weekend

This house was absolutely perfect for our recent girls weekend. Absolutely wonderful views from just about everywhere in the house. Everything you could possibly need for a weekend, or longer. The whole place felt very luxurious. We even had some extra visitors, King Parrots, which were a great treat.

80th Birthday Celebrations

We were blessed to have selected such a lovely property, everything was so clean and tidy and in pristine condition. The furniture and decorations were by far the best I have ever encountered in a rental property we had 12 family adults staying and it was not crowded, we would certainly recommend this property for a top quality stay in very comfortable conditions.

Relaxing Comfortable Weekend with family

Spacious, clean house with ample bedrooms and very comfortable living areas for our 2 familes including adult children. Nice big dining table with a well stocked kitchen, so we could enjoy meals, games and lots of laughs. The most wonderful stay with family and our young child for her first snow trip - to Lake Mountain. The owners couldn’t have been more accomodating and welcoming. Fantastic weekend!!

The home was fabulous, the pictures don't do it justice. Wine and chocolates were left for us, along with all the necessities. The open fire was even left ready for us to just light a match. There were 10 of us and nowhere did we feel crowded. Perfect for a group getaway. We will definitely go back.

Warms the heart and soul

We are 12 women who annually spend a wkd away (since 2009) . We thought this house on the best we have ever stayed- comfortable beds, clean bathrooms with lovely hot showers! Lots of seating areas for smaller groups. And the hot tub was amazing!!! We will definitely be back. Jayne was great to deal with . Thankyou
