Great great location. within minutes drive to the world famous & best wineries, the Stones, the Rochford and Domain Chandon just to name a few. Healesville Main Street is just around the corner. Lots of places to eat and dine. And of course the sanctuary and the chocolatier for the kids.

Lucy’s Cottage is located in the beautiful Yarra Valley just over an hours drive northeast of Melbourne on Maroondah highway, ideally situated for exploring and enjoying the many local attractions. You will be spoilt for choice with over 90 surrounding wineries including the world famous Domain Chandon and Rochford and a multitude of activities for everyone to enjoy including Healesville Sanctuary, Maroondah Dam and the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie and Ice Creamery.
Lucy’s Cottage is a luxury, fully self contained cottage with four double bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has been sympathetically restored, retaining many classic features including pressed metal ceilings and fire places as you can see in the pictures, and just a short five minutes’ walk from the bustling main street of Healesville featuring many excellent cafes and restaurants as well as the famous Beechworth bakery。

Excellent house, with quality appliances, crockery, cutlery & utensils.

We had a fantastic experience during the Christmas weekend. Lucy kept a whole lot of complimentary stuff, ready for us, such as coffee beans, cappuccino, wine etc. Thanks Lucy.

Fun girls weekend

4 of us had a lovely stay at Lucy's although the ducted heating is very noisy in the bedrooms, so we left it off the 2nd night for a less interrupted sleep. Unfortunately Maroondah Highway is very busy, even at night so the 2 front bedrooms and 1 back heard a lot of traffic. Small things but if you're wanting a peaceful escape then bring ear plugs. The property itself has a cosy fire and lounge area and is very well located for a stroll into Healesville. The bathrooms were well equipped and warm. We had a really fun stay and enjoyed watching the DVD's provided but didn't know how to log onto WiFi or Telstra TV.

Healsville Getaway

Great location for those wanting to use local winery attractions. Walking distance from Watts Brewery, various wineries & Four Pillars Gin Distillery. It is on a busy road, so recommendation would be to keep the front windows & door closed to keep the noise out. Facilities make it easy to stay in or go out, with a short walk to the town centre of Healesville. Lucy was proactive in her communications & made our check-in/stay/check-out a pleasent experience.

Home away from home

The property was comfortable and clean and there was an abundance of supplies, e.g tea, coffee etc. We easily settled in, it was like being at home. The location was perfect, walking distance to the Main Street. Thank you Lucy

Healesville Cottage

This property was spacious enough for 8 people with great beds. Walking distance to main st. The host left lots of kitchen items like coffee etc available to us. Well Done.

Wonderful home with everything you need provided. Walking distance to town/shops etc.

Clean, neat and tidy home. 4 big bedrooms which suited 7 of us, large couch, table and plenty of chairs. Lovely area to sit out the back or on the front verandah. Walking distance to all facilities, shops, restaurants and even the race course.

Absolutely Amazing!

There is not one thing I could fault with this property, the location is so close to town and the house is beautiful! The host goes above and beyond by leaving chocolates, milk, plenty of tea and coffee, cereal and more... I have never stayed in a holiday rental with so many thoughtful extras. I would highly recommend this property if you are staying in Healesville. I like to leave constructive criticism however there is not one things I could fault with this property or host.

Lucys house is in a great position, very handy walking to everything in Healesville. Its also located perfectly for driving around the Yarra Valley. We were a group of 6 adults and we found the living areas of the house very spacious. We also enjoyed the BBQ and outdoor area. The house was very clean and all our needs were catered for. There is Aircon in the main living area and 2 of the bedrooms, but none in the other 2, which made the rooms abit uncomfortable in the heat.
