The space
A relaxed and beautifully styled 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom holiday home designed for memorable getaways. With space for up to 16 guests, it’s ideal for family trips or weekends away with friends. Start your mornings strolling along the lake's edge, launch a kayak or unwind on the spacious deck overlooking the peaceful water. Just a 5-min drive to Budgewoi Beach, the home also features a media room for movie nights and a fun games room for kids and adults complete with table tennis, foosball, gaming consoles, a smart TV and a drinks fridge.

The Waterfront Sunset is all about comfort, connection, and creating lasting memories by the water.

Great waterside getaway!

Such a fantastic location situated waterside, perfect for our group of friends! We made the most of the rainy weather with the games room and abundance of TVsThe host was very prompt to respond to any questions or concerns - 5 stars!

Relaxed and Tranquil

The home is beautifully designed, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light and frame the picturesque lake views. The open-plan living area was spacious and inviting, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge, and a dining area perfect for relaxed meals. The decor was modern yet cozy, creating a welcoming vibe. The property had everything we needed for a hassle-free stay, including quality linens, a BBQ, fishing rods and plenty of kayaks for the kids to ride. The host is also incredibly responsive, who reply to our questions in a timely manner. We enjoyed our stay at the property and highly recommend it to anybody seeking relaxation by the water.
