Panorama is suitably named after the spectacular panoramic views offered from almost every room in the home. The spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining area seamlessly opens onto the expansive outdoor entertaining zone that provides all the holidaying luxuries including a sparkling pool, spa, grassed area, firepit and more.
The fresh white kitchen offers all the modern conveniences of home including a dishwasher, coffee machine, oven and grill, and electric cooktop; as well as a breakfast nook with 4 stools. Easy-clean tiled flooring flows through kitchen and entire living and dining area. The 10-seater dining table is perfect for family dinners indoors cooled by the split a/c unit and perfectly situated to take in the beautiful bushland views that surround the property.
Living area boasts magical views of the gardens and beyond to Geographe Bay. Offers plenty of seating, a smart TV, electric fireplace, ceiling fan and sliding door access to the lawn, pool and firepit areas.
Main bedroom features a queen bed, ceiling fan and ensuite with a shower and w/c. Glass sliding doors provide direct access to the outdoor seating area and beyond to the pool.
Two Queen bedrooms offer queen beds, ceiling fans and direct outdoor access and share an ensuite with a freestanding bathtub, shower and vanity.
Separate w/c is located in the hallway.
Spacious kids room features 3 single bunk beds, sleeping 6 Guests with two ceiling fans for climate control and an attached bathroom with shower and vanity. Also offers a couch and TV to make it the ultimate kids zone.

Sure to be one of the kid’s favourite destinations is the massive converted shed which is a gamers paradise. Features a pool table, table tennis, dart board, pacman machine, plenty of seating, a smart TV to watch the footy and both a fireplace and ceiling fan for climate control. (Please note this area is out of bounds between the hours of 9pm and 8am due to City of Busselton noise regulations).
There’s also a basketball hoop on the driveway and a 220m approx. mountain bike trail weaving throughout the property’s 6 acres.
The expansive outdoor alfresco surrounds the property, with stunning views from all angles. Offers a large outdoor dining setting and gas BBQ, a fantastic firepit (for use outside of fire ban season only), 5 person spa, and multiple other seating areas to take in the views.
Surrounded by the spacious grassed area is the brilliant sparkling below ground pool. Large enough to fit the whole family and more; enjoy a refreshing morning dip or a relaxing afternoon admiring the landscape. The shaded pergola is a welcomed addition to escape the sun’s heat and relax poolside.

Famous Yallingup Beach is a scenic 7-minute drive away for you to enjoy afternoons swimming and snorkelling in the shimmering waters of Yallingup Lagoon.

Hi Keith, thank you for your review and feedback. We agree the location is incredible with the views over the bay! Our marketing states that the home is self catering, although we provide an initial supply of coffee, hand wash, toilet paper, firewood (in winter) and basic cleaning products. The marketing is up to date and accurate in describing the bed configurations and amenities, so we are unsure why you assumed otherwise. The owner does store a vehicle on-site, however due to the expansive driveway and parking options we do not feel like this impacts on a Guests experience or stay.

Lovely spacious home

Although the home was lovely please be aware of the spa. It contained no chemical whatsoever and all four of our children came down in a bacterial skin infection. Luxury Breaks who manage the property did not really do much except have the spa emptied and cleaned up after we left. Didn’t help our problem. Thankfully none of our kids contracted meningitis. Hot water system could not keep up with 8 guests, some of us had to deal with cold showers. We were told we couldn’t Check in till 4pm, however when booking on the Stayz platform it states 3pm. No idea why it would be made 4pm? Seems a bit ridiculous when paying such a large rental fee.

Thank you for your feedback, we agree that Panorama is a lovely holiday home.
Once again, we are sorry to hear that your family experienced this issue during your stay. The wellbeing of our guests is of the utmost importance to us, and we regret that your experience did not meet the standards we uphold. Once made aware that you suspected the issue to be caused by the spa, we contacted our professional servicing Contractor to arrange to have the spa emptied, cleaned, refilled and chemically balanced as a matter of priority. You informed us to wait until after you had departed to complete this service, and as a result the Contractor attended and actioned immediately post your departure. Due to the very regular testing and servicing of both the pool & spa at the property, the Contractor questions whether the issue did originate from the spa itself; regardless we wanted to take immediate steps to ensure there were no further issues during your stay.
We were not informed of any hot water issues during your stay. As the property has a solar hot water system and it is currently winter, it likely struggled to heat enough water for 8 people if hot water was being regularly used. The property information guide gives instructions to turn on the solar booster to prevent this from occurring and maintain plenty of hot water for all guests; in any instance we are always available to help guests during their stay with any issues particularly those pertaining to hot water, electricity etc.

Great house and we loved the spa. However if it is used a fair bit need to check levels everyday. Gardens were immaculate Couldn’t get gas fire to work. Kids bedroom and shed amazing
