the Continental Divide. This condo features a full kitchen, separate bedroom
with king size bed, sofa with a twin pull out, and queen size fold out in the
cabinet bed. Truly unique to maximize sleeping space. Enjoy a hot or cold
beverage in front of the gas burning fireplace or people watching in the
Village below.

Additional Notes for Parking
Parking is $23 per 24-hour session (one car per condo). Reservations can be
made in advance on the Winter Park Resort website for unlimited in/out access
per 24 consecutive hours. There is no assigned parking. After purchase you
will receive a QR code that you will scan to get in and out of the garage. We
recommend you screenshot this for easy access. You will need to scan your room
key and then the QR code. If your room is not ready you can stop by the Front
Desk to grab a key to park.
