Great location & excellent space

Perfect for a weekend at Ballarat. Very close to the CBD and tourist attractions. Great little park close by for kids!

Disappointing

I was very disappointed with the en suite of main bedroom, it had very shiny tiles, and no shower screen, thus making the tiles extremely slippery and dangerous when wet, the water ran into the toilet and right across the bathroom floor and made a terrible mess. We were told that it had queen beds, it was definitely a standard double bed (false advertising) There was not enough cutlery, four spoons two forks and no knives. There was a pack of disposable cutlery that you could not even butter bread with. No bin in the bathroom and no liners for the kitchen bin. The old broken lounge was not much either. There were no extra towels, and we were there for 5 days, it is a lovely home, but the inside services were very disappointing

Thanks Chris for your feedback. Sorry for the suboptimal experience you had at my home. The issues you raised have been addressed. The shower screen has been installed in the bathroom. There were cutleries in the dishwasher that was mistakenly not unloaded. There are extra towels in the linen cupboard. Hopefully, you will come visiting again to what I promise will be a far better experience. Thank you.
