Sunny 3 bedroom Mount Maunganui house with a large garden and fantastic outdoor entertaining area. 8min walk to the beautiful beach, 5min walk to Bayfair Shopping Centre for supermarket etc. Plenty off street parking and room for the boat/jetski. Fully fenced and great space for the kids to run around. Enjoy all day sun on the private deck.
Master bedroom and guest bedroom open onto the deck. 3rd bedroom has a cot in it and can accomodate an air bed if needed or in the living room.
