Awesome family friendly waterfront vacation townhome boasts 3 spacious bedrooms plus 3 full and1 half bathrooms and is located less than 1 mile from the beach and charming town of Bethany Beach in the quiet resort/ golf community of Salt Pond! This lovely, multi-level spacious vacation getaway is nestled in the pines featuring loads of windows overlooking the pond and a bright and beachy décor with comfortable furnishings throughout. Features central air conditioning, a complete kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, 4 TVs ( 3 Smart), Roku for streaming, and Wi-Fi. For your convenience the linens, bath and beach towels are included, and beds are made! Enjoy peaceful evenings relaxing out on the 2 waterfront decks with friends and family alongside the lovely pond! The kids will love the Salt Pond community center with pools, tennis courts, children's play area and other amenities. You can enjoy a round of golf, relax on the beach, fish, shop or just enjoy time away with family and friends! Convenient location close to shopping, walking trails and restaurants! Kayakers and canoers will enjoy cruising on the Salt Pond! Golf green fees are separate. Boat Dock for non-motorized boats only.

The home was fantastically furnished. The Long & Foster paperwork that seemed to be Covid-era and caused us to wildly over pack. Beach chairs, paper products, extra blankets, cleaning supplies and more were provided but listed as not guaranteed in the paperwork. Great rental!
