- Check in is 4pm or later; check out is 10am or earlier. Early check-in is available for a small fee, but cannot be reserved until 24 hours before arrival, and only then if the cleaning schedule allows.
- Like nearly all homes in Estes, this home has no air conditioning. Portable fans are provided, and mountain breezes cool things down quickly each evening.
- Our cleaning fee is lower than most because guests agree to start a load of dishes and a load of towels at checkout.
- This is a home in a friendly neighborhood, not a secluded backcountry cabin. No parties, no smoking, no pets, and please be respectful of noise. 6 guests max; parking for 3 cars. Exterior security cameras and a Minut noise monitor (decibels only, no audio recording) protect the home.

Welcome to a mountain home where elk and deer wander right up to the fence while you soak in the hot tub. Guests tell us the same story again and again: long days hiking Rocky Mountain National Park, then evenings in the hot tub watching the sun drop behind the peaks, with wildlife grazing nearby. The back deck frames mountain views at sunrise and sunset, and the gas fire pit with its ring of red Adirondack chairs is made for stories and stargazing.

The layout is a guest favorite for families and two-family trips. The primary suite sits in its own wing on one side of the great room, with the other two bedrooms and a full bath on the opposite side, so everyone gets privacy. Downstairs, the media room with foosball and a big TV gives kids their own hangout while the adults enjoy the open kitchen, dining and living area, complete with a funky yellow piano and a cabinet full of board games.

The location is hard to beat: walk to the Lake Estes trail in minutes, drive 4 minutes to downtown Estes Park shops and restaurants, and reach Rocky Mountain National Park entrances in about 10-15 minutes.

BEDROOMS

Bedroom 1 - Our primary suite has a luxurious king bed, mountain views so you can watch the sun rise or set, and a comfortable en-suite 3/4 bathroom with shower. It`s on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms for extra privacy.

Bedroom 2 - A guest favorite with absolutely enormous picture windows, a comfy queen mattress, and a door leading out to the deck. Raised off the ground, it has a treehouse feel — fall asleep to the stars, or close the room-darkening curtains and blinds.

Bedroom 3 - Next to Bedroom 2, also featuring a queen bed, big windows and room-darkening shades, adjacent to the second bathroom.

Sleeping Area - A pullout sofa bed in the living room.

BATHROOMS

Primary Bathroom - An en-suite 3/4 bath off the primary suite with a walk-in shower and granite-topped vanity.

Main Bathroom - A full bath with tub/shower combo serving bedrooms 2 and 3.

Lower Level - The laundry room downstairs includes a sink and toilet, handy when the whole group is getting ready at once.

LIVING & ENTERTAINMENT

Living Room - An open great room where the living area, dining table and kitchen all flow together, anchored by a gas fireplace, a smart TV with Roku, and that one-of-a-kind yellow piano you`re free to play. A massive French patio door opens onto the deck.

Media Room - The finished lower level has a big sectional, large HDTV, foosball table, kids` toys and books, and a great stash of board games. Movie nights are the best!

WiFi & Workspace - Fast 1gb Fiber and a dedicated workspace for remote work.

Laundry - Full-size washer and dryer in unit, free for your use.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, a gas range, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, blender, rice maker and more.
