It was a great location for my family while we were in town for a family wedding. The location was great. The house was clean and well furnished, including the patio and pool.
House was just as promised! Pool and hot tub were great! Plenty of room. Centralized location to many areas - Fort Myers Beach, Naples, Bonita Springs. Robert was very helpful with a number of questions that I had. Would book this location again!
The space was lovely, well equipped, & our guest host Robert was very responsive. After leaving the February N/E winter storm it was great to sit poolside for our coffee. Just wonderful

Loved it!
The house was exactly as it was promised. Quiet, serene, well-kept, nice rooms, nice amenities. Loved every bit of it.
Clean house, pool area, not so much. Frequent septic type smell outside attributed to County Water management canal needs to be dealt with , must not be draining properly, to be able to enjoy hanging out by the pool. House was fine if you don’t need towel bars or actual lamps. Also, very nice kitchen, but not equipped well, plan to run the dishwasher frequently because there are not enough glasses. If you don’t pay the exorbitant fee for heating the pool, it will be very refreshing, even if the outdoor temperature is high.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the home clean and that you enjoyed the pool. Due to Florida’s natural climate and environment, conditions such as humidity can occasionally contribute to noticeable odors. The home is equipped with lamps in each bedroom and towel storage in every bathroom for convenience. We also provide a variety of glassware, with approximately 15–20 pieces available for use. For guests interested in pool heating, this is available for an additional fee, which aligns with standard practices in the area. We’re sorry that certain aspects did not fully meet your expectations and remain committed to providing a comfortable, well-prepared, and enjoyable stay for all guests.
House was clean and in a great location, near I75 and the beach. Family friendly neighborhood and very quite.House was well stocked with towels, cookware, pool toys and BBQ grill. We had a problem with the heat but the property manager Robert was able to get us space heaters until the problem was fixed. Robert also had to fix the kitchen faucet and the primary bathroom window and toilet seat. Hot tub was dirty so we did not use it. Read the fine print the pool is heated if you pay extra. I feel the tag line to advertise the house is a little misleading.

Thank you for your comments. We’re glad you enjoyed the home’s convenient location, family-friendly neighborhood, and well-stocked amenities, including towels, cookware, pool toys, and the BBQ grill. We appreciate your understanding as our guest contact addressed the few issues left from the previous stay. The hot tub is professionally cleaned and maintained weekly by a local pool company, and we’re sorry to hear it didn’t meet your expectations during your visit. As noted in the listing, pool heating is optional and available for an additional fee, which helps cover the cost of running the heater. We strive to ensure our amenities align with guest expectations and value your input as we continue to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Overall we were happy with the property. Let me start with some of the good. The property listing was accurate and communication with the host was quick. Our handyman Robert stopped by on the first day to introduce himself and let us know if we needed anything to please contact him. The house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet, even with its proximity to the freeway. There were a few negatives. First, our main reason for renting the property was the pool and hot tub. The hot tub had a bad motor that continued to stop working. Robert came over numerous times and got it running again. I appreciate that but it still didn't work when we wanted it to. Also, a large detail that we found off-putting was the lack of curtains on the three back sliders. No coverings, no curtains, no shades. It just gave the house an odd feel at night. I would also like to point out that they charge you a couple hundred dollars for cleaning fees but still expect the dishes to be done and put away. I can understand loading the dish washer but I don't like thinking about how clean the dishes might have been after other people "washed" and put them away. Again, let me reiterate, we were overall happy with the rental. There were just a few things that could have definitely been better.

Bonita Home
The home is in a great neighborhood, close to Interstate 75 and beach. The house is well stocked with cookware and towels. Very nicely set up. Bed are comfortable and house was clean. The description of the home Hot Tub and Heated Pool is a little deceiving, read the fine print there is a charge to heat the pool! The hot tub was dirty with a ring around the tub, so we didn't even use it. We arrived late on Thursday so we really didn't notice the heat wasn't working but when we got up Friday morning and the house was 63 degrees I knew something was wrong. I got in touch with the Property Manager Robert and he was very quick to answer me and came over to check it out. He was unable to fix it but put a call in to have a HVAC company to come and fix it. Robert went out and got us space heaters for each of the bedrooms so that we had heat. He came back on Saturday and had to fix the kitchen faucet and while he was there he fixed the primary bathroom window(it wasn't shutting due to condensation.) The primary toilet seat was loose so he also fixed that. The HVAC company came on Monday and supposedly fix the heat but when we return back to the house the thermostat was not even on. The HVCA guy came Tuesday morning and finally fix it. Robert was great he kept checking in with us.
