Apartamento com sérios problemas — não recomendoO apartamento não corresponde ao anunciado e apresentou diversos problemas graves.Estrutura e segurança: O banheiro não tinha porta. O fogão funcionou apenas uma vez — na segunda vez que tentamos usá-lo, a luz do apartamento caiu. A cozinha, na prática, era inutilizável.Limpeza e conservação: O apartamento estava muito sujo, com forte cheiro de umidade e mofo. A cama não tinha lençóis — apenas almofadas decorativas no lugar de travesseiros, com apenas um travesseiro de verdade disponível.Segurança e entorno: O prédio abriga um número muito grande de pessoas, o que gera uma sensação constante de insegurança. Nosso vizinho estava fazendo obras com furadeira na madrugada.Check-in e comunicação: O proprietário nunca nos deu nenhuma informação sobre o funcionamento do prédio. Recebemos unicamente uma mensagem com um código de acesso. O prédio é complexo — tem duas entradas diferentes e os porteiros mudam constantemente — e não recebemos nenhuma orientação sobre isso.No geral, uma experiência muito negativa. Não recomendo este imóvel.
