Very convenient to get to providence from location. Quiet neighborhood. Wish the beds were a bit more comfortable & they definitely need pots/pans & pot holders for cooking. A blender would be nice addition too. But over all the house was cute & nicely decorated. We would stay again
Our stay was great! It is in a good location, with plenty of dining options nearby. We probably eat in more than most, so more cooking utensils (pots/pans, bowls, etc) would have been nice. I would not recommend it for people with mobility issues as there are some fairly steep steps up to the place and the bathtub/shower is a clawfoot tub that is difficult to get in/out of and there are no rails or shelves to put shampoo on. Overall, we highly recommend and we would stay there again!
Clean Quiet Apartment in good location plenty of Restaurants and any other needs You may have Bedrooms are 10x12 at least Kitchen plenty of Room fit are needs for a 8 Day Stay.
Quiet neighborhood, easy parking and lots of room outside of the bedrooms for entertaining either in the kitchen, living room, dining room or out on the balcony.
I thought this was a nice place to stay. Check in and check out were very easy. Quiet neighborhood. Good location. It met our needs. If I could make a few suggestions. I think it should be disclosed on the listing that it's on the 2nd floor and that the stairs are quite narrow. We managed fine but some would not be able to. The bathtub also was the older claw foot style with nothing to hang onto getting in and out. A shelf in the shower for shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc...would also be helpful. We managed fine but others could struggle. Thank you overall for a great stay though.
This place was exactly what we needed- peaceful, well kept, and located in a prime spot. The neighborhood was quiet, which made for a relaxing and restful experience. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a balance of comfort an convience. Hoping to book again in the future. Coleman Family

From the owner: "I completely understand your frustration with the late response. I had an emergency in my family, which I had to travel out of the country for the funeral. Thank you for your sincere feedback!"
Djeson is a great host. Responsive and diligent. We stayed for a week and at the beginning of our stay we notice a wasp nest on the entrance to our unit. He immediately got to work to get rid of it. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The place was clean. And it was spacious enough for the 4 of us. There are a few things worth mentioning about the place. It’s on the second level but you can still hear everything from the unit below including a child that cried every morning at 7 am. I am up early anyway but it disturbed the rest of my family. The place is bare bones, it could use a little more attention to detail. The kitchen isn’t really stocked; one pot and one pan, not even glasses just 3 coffee mugs, and only two bowls. If you plan on cooking and/or eating meals there it might be a bit difficult. There were only 3 bath towels, for a place that can host 6 guests. Some of the blinds were broken. Little things that still need paid attention to. One of the bedrooms does not have an AC unit but between the unit in the other bedroom and the one in the living room it was enough to cool the place but had to sleep with the door open to get the cool air there. There is a balcony which is nice but not even one chair there to be able to enjoy it. We appreciate Djeson for being so responsive.
