You will hardly find a more beautiful place, because in the middle of a nature reserve in the immediate vicinity of the sea, this typical Portuguese apartment offers rest and relaxation in picturesque surroundings on the coast.
This beautiful apartment consists of a modern living room and bedroom with a double bed. Cot / extra bed can be provided for a small additional charge. Furthermore, the apartment has a modern bathroom and a well furnished kitchen.
The beautiful terrace offers quiet and relaxing moments. You have free seating. A large pool offers fresh relaxation in the warm, Portuguese sun. Sun loungers are provided for sunbathing by the pool.

The beach / beach bar can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Several leisure activities are offered in the vicinity, such as: B. various water sports such as water skiing, diving, surfing as well as hiking, golf, tennis, horse riding and a zoo.
Pets are allowed after consultation with the landlord. Bed linen and towels can be provided for a fee.
There are two identical apartments that are next to each other and can be rented as an apartment if necessary, since there is a connecting door.

Very good location in an ideal place for relaxation and tourism in southern Portugal

Location and property facilities are very good. Perfect place to relax. The apartment is pleasant and quiet. Kitchenware needs to be updated.

Wonderful experience for the 2nd time

I love the place and the quietness, as well as the contact with nature. Just one "but": the mattress really needed a change. I have got a tricky back, and it didn't really help sleeping on a too soft and old mattress.

Wohnung etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Die Umgebung der Wohnung ist super. Die Wohnung selbst nur bedingt zum Wohlfühlen: die Ausstattung der Küche nicht so, dass man gerne darin kocht (alte kleine Pfanne, alles etwas spärlich eingerichtet) Die Möbel, Türen, Schränke alt, vieles schließt schlecht. Auch die Matratze ist ordentlich durchgelegen.

Fomos Bem recebidos pelo gestor da propriedade. Consideramos e aqui deixamos a nossa sugestão nos seguintes pontos: A propriedade deveria ter um portão de defesa da propriedade. A propriedade deveria ser mais iluminada e ter o terreno limpo de mato seco, até porque é um bom combustível para ser iniciado um fogo. A casa deve ter novos colchões para conforto dos hóspedes, mais utensílios de cozinha, e o chuveiro do wc operacional. Sugerimos que haja maior e melhor manutenção do espaço envolvente dos apartamentos, em função da segurança de quem pernoita. De resto tudo muito bem, hospedagem muito acolhedora e vizinhos muito simpáticos.

Wir kommen wieder

Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn in der Anzeige ersichtlichen gewesen wäre, das es sich um 4 Wohnungen handelt und man ggf. noch hätte wählen können. Nichts desto trotz, hat die Anlage eine traumhafte Lage,man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell am Strand und kann dort auch hervorragend Essen. Ebenso ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt um mit den Mountainbikes die Gegend zu erkunden. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man benötigt.Ein Ort abseits des Trubels, wo man sich wirklich erholen kann. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

Very strategic place and beautiful location

The property is a very beautiful part of a villa, located just in front of Praia da Ingrina, in a very strategic place close to the west coast (in the summer perfect for surfing) and to the south coast and Lagos. I enjoyed the stay.

wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit bester Lage

Wir haben das kleinste Apartment für 2 Leute und Hund (der sich außerhalb des Apartment aufhielt) gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Von der Größe des Apartment für 2 Leute absolut ausreichend. Die Küche super bestückt, sogar mit Back- und Kochutensilien wie Öl, Soja und Spülmittel. Es gibt sogar im Wohnzimmerschrank Bücher zum schmöckern. Das Wasser hat einen direkten Wasserwerkanschluss und ist somit nicht salzig oder ungenießbar. Das Bad hat eine Dusche und keine Sorge, an den Fön wird auch gedacht. Der kleine Kamin hat uns die eine oder andere Nacht (10 Grad Außentemperatur) etwas erwärmt, zusätzlich gibt es aber auch einen kleinen Heizkörper an der Wand. Steckdosen sind genügend verteilt und zur Not findet man im Schrank sogar einen Verteiler. Hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Die riesengroße Anlage bedürft etwas mehr Pflege, was uns aber absolut nicht störte, aber sicherlich Covid geschuldet ist. Der Pool war immer sauber, nur leider zu kalt. Die Lage der Anlage ist grandios, von Außen durch den Baumbewuchs kaum ersichtlich, vom Pool aus sieht man das Meer und keine 2min Fußweg ist man an einen kleinem Strand. Man kann von dort auch sehr gut an der Küste entlang zum nächsten Strand wandern gehen. PKW Stellplätze sind auf der Anlage möglich, wobei, wenn alle 4 Apartments belegt sind, wird es wahrscheinlich etwas enger. Die Anlage ist leider nicht weiter mit Zaun oder Mauer umzäunt, so dass sich hin und wieder die Tierwelt oder ein Camper-Nachbar auf dem Grundstück verläuft. Nicht weiter tragisch... Der Hausmeister war immer erreichbar. Wir hatten nur mal eine klemmende Eingangstür zu beanstanden und er hat das Problem am Folgetag gelöst. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.

Excelente Localização com Péssima Hospitalidade

A propriedade fica num sítio idílico junto ao Mar. No entanto a hospitalidade representada pelo próprio dono da propriedade não poderia sido pior. Desde o check in até ao check out não fomos tratadas condignamente e o que nos deixou uma má impressão e recordação deste local onde até poderíamos voltar caso tivéssemos sido bem recebidas. É lamentável pessoas assim estarem à frente de sítios destinados a férias onde a Hospitalidade deveria ser o único cartão de visita....

Tolles Apartment

Die Lage des Apartments ist toll, zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig, kann aber schnell Strand und Restaurant erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

erhebliche Mängel, keine Antwort vom Vermieter, tolle Lage

Die Lage ist wirklich super. Leider ist das das Ende der guten Infos. Kurzinfo: Strom- und Wasserversorgung unzuverlässig, Hilfe mäßig... Der Schlüssel, den wir in der Übergabebox hatten, passte auch in die Nachbarwohnung. Diesen mussten wir, als die Nachbarn ein paar Tage später kamen, an diese übergeben. Der neue Schlüssel passte zwar nur in unserem Appartement, aber die Nachbarn konnten weiter in unser Appartement. Die Klinke der Haustür mochte man nicht stark anfassen. Sie drohte final abzubrechen. In den Gardinen waren viel Abdrücke zerquetschter Insekten. Die Matratze war zwar neu, aber man spürte jede Feder. Das einzig verfügbare Zustellbett der Anlage war bei unseren Nachbarn. Zum Glück...laut der Aussage des Nachbarn konnte er auf dem ausgeleierten Ding nicht schlafen. Wir haben dann eine zusätzliche Luftmatratze gekauft... Nachts weckte uns der Kühlschrank, da er erhebliche mechanische Geräuschen im Stundenrhythmus produzierte. Die nur tel. erreichbare vor Ort Betreuung wollte sich darum kümmern. Kam aber niemand. Nach einer Woche verstarb der Kühlschrank dann final. Ich bot an, den Kühlschrank aus der Küche nebenan in unsere Wohnung zu tragen. Die beiden hinteren Appartements sind baugleich. Dies wollte der Vermieter nicht. Wir sollten alles packen und in das Nachbar Appartement ziehen. In dem neuen App. funktionierte zwar der Kühlschrank, aber die Toilettenspülung nicht. Wir mussten dann für den Rest des Urlaubes die Toilette des App. benutzen, aus dem wir gerade ausgezogen waren... Dann fiel Samstagabend die Wasserversorgung komplett und Teile der Stromversorgung der Anlage aus. Ab Sonntagmorgen wurde uns immer wieder versichert, der Techniker kommt gleich. Alle Bewohner der Anlage haben dann Wasser aus dem Pool geschöpft, um Toilette und Abwasch zu befüllen. Der Techniker kam dann nicht. Erst am Montag. Drückte die Sicherung wieder rein und alles funktionierte wieder. Leider ist diese Sicherung in dem vorderen großen Haus. Pech wenn dort keiner wohnt. Darunter leiden dann die Mieter der 4 Appartement Wohnungen. Bei dieser Gelegenheit lernt man sich dann kennen und tauscht die verschiedenen Mängel der Appartements aus. Dabei erfuhren wir, das wir mit unseren Mängeln noch Glück hatten. Am Schlimmsten empfanden wir die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter: es gab keine. Er meldete sich nicht auf Mails. Nicht auf Anrufe. Der Vater von der Tanzschule versuchte auch zu helfen. Aber der Sohn (Vermieter) meldete sich einfach nicht.

Ein ruhiges und stilvolles Anwesen in Strandnähe

Wir haben es sehr genossen! Mit einem der beiden kleinen Aptos zum rückseitigen Wäldchen hin waren wir in ruhiger und idyllischer Umgebung. Das Anwesen hat noch 2 größere Aptos zum Meer und zur Seite hin, teilweise mit Natursteinen und inmitten einer Natur-/Parkanlage. Unser Studio war groß und sehr stilvoll, gute Matratze (nicht zu weich), und trotzdem noch mit extra Küchen(steh-)räumchen. Alle Räume hatten 1 Mosquito-Gitterrahmen, so hatten wir immer gute Durchlüftung. Das Wasser kommt aus dem Brunnen und ist leicht salzhaltig. Das sollte man wissen. Duschen ging schon, und Wasserkanister kauft man sowieso, dann halt auch zum Zähneputzen. Der gemeinsame Pool (ca. 12x5m) ist malerisch gelegen, und war schwach besucht. Handtücher kosten etwas, der Wechsel evtl. auch (Bettwäsche?). Das hatten wir nicht angefragt, war dann für 13 Tage ok. Die Vermieterfamilie ist nett, und war täglich für Fragen ansprechbar. Insgesamt ein schönes Anwesen zum Entspannen und Genießen.

Schöne Tage in der Casa Pinheiros

Meine Frau und ich belegten für eine Woche App.1. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. für 2 Personen optimale Bedingungen. Die ruhige Lage in Strandnähe ist ein klarer Vorteil, dabei liegt ja auch die Praia Zavial in fußläufig erreichbarer Nähe. Dieser ist breiter, dafür hat das Lokal an der Praia Ingrina eine fabelhafte Küche zu günstigen Preisen. Die Vermieter sind sehr entgegenkommend und freundlich. Von unserer Veranda blickten wir ins Grüne. Auf der anderen Seite der Pool der Anlage mit Liegestühlen und Meerblick, traumhaft. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen, wie überhaupt dieser Küstenabschnitt uns sehr gut gefiel, weil er zur Hochsaison trotzdem nicht überlaufen ist.
