The overall stay was close to excellent. We didn't receive our check in instructions when we showed up......that is an inexcuseable error..........shouldn't have happened. Price was high......I thought.....but was a great stay.

Serene Settler Townhome

Pleasant home in a great and safe location. Not far from Metro and a few restaurants and grocery. Beds are comfortable, but home lacks niceties that make a house a home (e.g. no extra towels, inadequate towel racks, spartan number of dishes, etc.)

DC Family Trip

The house was perfect for our family vacation with 6 adults and 2 children (10 & 6.) There were two Metro Stations, half a mile walk and the bus stop was two blocks. Safeway was a 3 block walk for all your grocery needs. The home was clean, the neighborhood was quiet and response to questions from property manager was quick. Excellent option if you are looking for comfort and convenience.

Terrific home in a great, walkable location to restaurants, parks, coffee shops, etc. Very comfortable beds. Very clean. PDefinitely purpose-built and furnished for this use. Communication with the company running the VRBO was a little confusing which made check-in more difficult than it needed to be. Also, be prepared to book with photos of your ID and a selfie- which was a new thing for me. Otherwise the house, itself, would be a 5 star rating.

This is a spacious and beautifully furnished row home that made us feel like we were DC residents! Perfect for our families traveling together for a wedding. Our teenager especially enjoyed his own floor and lounge area on the lower level. There are not many hotels in Navy Yard/Eastern Market and the other guests were jealous how we were a 10 minute walk from all the venues. We have recommended the property to our DC friends who live around the corner for when they have guests visit. Thank you!
