You'll enjoy the spacious outdoor fully fenced entertaining area, ideal for those balmy nights and BBQ's. Surrounded by a large lawn provides privacy in the bustling downtown of Mt Maunganui.
The Space:
The unit offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The converted garage offers another 2 single beds suitable for children which is useable for sleeping in the summer months not the winter months as may be too cold. Because of this we would only recommend the property for 4 guests between the months of May - October.
