Next to a classified woodland, in the calm of a dead-end street, near the village centre and one of the most beautiful beaches on the Île de Ré, the villa is ideally located.



This dwelling, entirely on one level and approximately 350m², has numerous artistic touches with its tree-lined and flowered paths, the mosaic swimming pool, the boat-shaped terrace with its barbecue serving as a chimney and much more.



The large and numerous living spaces, both indoor and outdoor, will allow you to enjoy holidays with family or friends.
