Located 1 km from the village of Cabris and 5 km from Grasse, this self-contained ground-floor apartment in a villa offers all the comforts and amenities for 2 to 4 people. It has a lovely, large terrace. The nearest sea is 20 km away (Cannes). The accommodation includes two large bedrooms: one with a 160cm bed and one with two 90cm beds. A large living/dining room with a large sofa, TV, cable box, and internet access. A brand-new, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher). A large bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, and a separate toilet. There is also a washing machine.

Loin du tumulte et des problèmes de parking, vous apprécierez sa position idéale pour ne se refuser aucune visite dans la région.Ne cherchez plus le bonheur, il est là.
