2 BR, 2 Ba Beachfront Condo with great views of launches and the beach!

* NOTE: Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, portions of the complex are being renovated and you will hear noise from the construction projects. The pool currently is closed due to construction. The east stairs may only be used in case of fire. There is no access to the east side of the building unless an emergency.

Currently there is no pool or direct beach access but we do offer a wagon to take to a park 800 yards south.

Cozy 2/2 condo with a wonderful view north and east on the Space Coast of Florida. Great for families, great for couples needing a peaceful getaway or friends wanting a fun, relaxing weekend!! Fully equipped kitchen allows you to eat at home, and there are great eateries all around. Easy travel to Disney, Sea World, downtown Orlando, Kennedy Space Center. Lots of things to do! Or do nothing but relax!! Condo has WiFi and cable!!

Beach front view facing north and east from 4th floor screened balcony allows wonderful views of the ocean, the beach, cruise ships leaving Port Canaveral and rocket launches from Kennedy Space Center. Currently the exterior is under renovation. The pool is not accessible due to construction.

Condo building has 2 elevators; Coin operated washer and dryer on each floor (not in the unit).

Owners are nearby should you need anything after check-in, but otherwise you won't see us if you don't need us.

Amazing Place

This piece of heaven was amazing! Everything is exactly how is it is listed. Plus, there is a TON of coffee choices. Joy had quick responses. We loved the view! We will be back!

Weekend at the beach

The building is undergoing a major renovation, and is needed. Once inside the condo you forget about the exterior. Condo was fantastic and very pleasantly decorated. Unfortunately the balcony was unable to be used due to renovations. Everything was very clean and organized. Loads of restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Would absolutely stay here again.
