About this property

Kid (& Parent) friendly Kiwi Bach. Large garden, Parkiri Beach minutes away.

This is our kid friendly family bach which we purchased for our young family late 2024. We have lovingly dressed it up for families with kids to enjoy a wonderful family holiday by the seaside.

For sleeping we have two rooms both with queen beds and a "Kids Room" which sleeps up to 4 children, suitable up to 15 years old I would suggest. We can accommodate one additional child in the "Kids Den".

(Maximum 4 adults / 5 Children)

We have a fully equipped large kitchen (with a pizza maker) and a booth seat that seats up to 8 for some great late night chats or early morning coffees. The "Kids Den" is off the kitchen - which seals off the kids and gives them their own space to enjoy the provided books, toys and games - away from the adults who have their own living space at the other end of the house. We also have a space to do some WFH with very fast WiFi for the area (Starlink) if you so require as well as a separate laundry if you too require this.

One separate toilet with a bathroom with large shower next door.

Large deck, BBQ and a wonderful (almost) flat garden. Plenty of space for off-road boat parking.

We are across the road from Parkiri school with their playground and courts for the kids to enjoy. Parkiri Beach is a three minute drive away, a one of a kind blissful spot.

We are on the Te Araroa, you have to walk past our place to continue on the trail. Reach out if you are walking the track and may perhaps just want on the one night and we can see what we can do.

Excellent short getaway with the family

Was looking for a place close enough to home (West Auckland) but far away enough to feel like a holiday. Loved the house which was big enough for our family of six. Plenty of space to chill together or separately. Played ball in the backyard. Good location close to Pakiri Beach and not too long of a drive to Matakana and Leigh (Goat Island).

Easy communication. Good old school clean tidy large holiday home, with lots of board games for families. Large outdoor space for parking vehicles or playing back yard cricket etc.
