Fantastic location, walking distance to beach, restaurants, coffee shop, market/deli. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Convenient to lots of things to do like whale watching, redwood train, beach, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, etc.

We had a lovely stay! The condo was spotless and had everything we needed! Gorgeous ocean view and pool very close by! Great communication from the property manager. I definitely recommend staying here and would love to visit again!

We loved our stay! The unit had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The view of the ocean is incredible. The beds are comfortable. The host was welcoming and answered questions promptly. Highly recommend!

Great condo for a family. Wonder views of the property and the ocean. We saw whales everyday from the balcony. Close to restaurants and a cute little market. Pool and hot tub were well maintained and the trails around the property were great for the kids to run around. Would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely condo ocean view

Great condo, location and view. Loved the whale watching and beach (path down to it). Nice condo layout and kids enjoyed pool and hot tub area. Appreciated all the kitchen and beach amenities. Only things I would change would be thicker condo walls to prevent noise from loud neighbors and firmer bedroom mattress to prevent rolling into the middle and disturbing partner every time someone moves in middle of night.

Unit was very clean and had all the amenities we needed! Well stocked kitchen, closet with beach chair, sand toys, and cooler to pack for beach excursions was helpful! Games and puzzles to use while relaxing after a full day. It was a great location for all the excursions we planned - Monterey Aquarium, Santa Cruz Boardwalk, hiking at Henry Cowell Redwood Park. Nice to have the pool and jacuzzi to relax in at end of the day. We will return!
