Upper Forrester has a lovely 1200-square-foot floor plan with a big patio and BBQ. The house is private with a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom configuration depending on your choice. Laundry is shared with the basement unit.
Parking: 2 yard parking and 1 street parking are included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spots are made for a standard-size vehicle, so if you have a non-standard vehicle, please let us know to ensure parking will suit your vehicle.
Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of $400 that will be added at the time of booking. After every 30 days, there is a 3-hour mid-stay cleaning that will be added to each monthly invoice for $250.00. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning which can also be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

Please note: All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana.
There will be important check-in details sent to you from Checked in Victoria Vacations before arrival requesting your access preference, then 7 days before arrival, you will be sent detailed information on your property.
Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation it is still refundable less a $175 administrative fee up until you are 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.

This is a truly special space ideally suited for relaxation while still living in the heart of Victoria. The space is well over 535 square feet, and is much larger than the 'micro' type studios. The huge patio is a big attraction for this unit.
