The view was great . It was not very clear that there would be no sheets,towels,toilet paper, or anything of the sort. We have stayed in three other rooms in the same building and all these things were provided along with condiments for cooking and even coffee! We were caught out and purchased what we needed locally. It is a nice room with awesome views of the ocean and great balconies.

Our rental terms do outline that linens, towels, toiletries, paper products, and other personal supplies are not included, but we understand that this may not have been as clear as it should have been, especially since you’ve stayed in other units where those items were provided. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will continue looking for ways to make these details more visible to our guests before arrival.
