Steps from the Ocean! Renovated Townhome with Pool, Beach & Private Yard
Just steps away from the ocean, this completely renovated townhome with all new furnishings and bedding, is the perfect place for your beach vacation! The 1st floor features a spacious living and dining area, kitchen with all new appliances, sleeping den, full bathroom, deck, and private fenced in yard with a refreshing outdoor shower. The second floor boasts 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom and balcony. The North Shores community provides a private beach, large community swimming pool, tennis, playground and kayak launch. Bike to Cape Henlopen State Park for hiking, nature trails, bird watching, nature programs and miles of beach along the Delaware Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.

Guests can purchase a $70 (non-refundable) accidental damage protection fee policy OR select a $3,000 refundable security deposit.

Dogs are not permitted in our rental units unless otherwise indicated.
The standard policy for community pools is that they are opened starting on May 25th and closing on September 1st.
