Located steps to the Community Pool, Tennis and Pickleball courts, with tranquil Marina views. First floor En Suite (king) has spa bathroom. Second huge En Suite (king) on third level, with private bath, private balcony, and ocean views. New kitchen with granite breakfast bar, multiple decks, & all-stainless propane grill. This beauty has it all!

Guests can purchase a $70 (non-refundable) accidental damage protection fee policy OR select a $3,000 refundable security deposit.
Rentals DO NOT INCLUDE toiletries, bed or bath linens, linen packages are available for purchase.
Dogs are not permitted in our rental units unless otherwise indicated.
The standard policy for community pools is that they are opened starting on May 25th and closing on September 1st.
