About this property

Safari-themed hot tub home in Nashville, sleeps 12, disco game room

Summary:

Safari Haus is a jungle-themed Nashville house built for a second night out at home, with a hot tub, a disco game room, and a garage for easy parking. Booked on VRBO, it's an easy fit for family reunions, bachelorette weekends, and Nashville's fall festival season.

Sleeps 12 across 4 bedrooms and 11 beds: room for multiple families or a full group under one roof.

4 bathrooms: no morning lines even with the house full.

Hot tub: soak together after a day exploring downtown Nashville.

Disco game room with light-up dance floor, disco ball, and bar: keep the party going after dinner.

Bunk Room with 6 double beds: built-in sleeping space for kids or a bigger crew.

Make-up "Getting Ready" stations: the whole group can prep together before heading out.

Garage and gas grill: cook and park as a group without anyone leaving the house

The Space:

Jungle murals, animal print, and bold color run from the bathrooms to the bedrooms at Safari Haus, so even a quiet night in feels like part of the adventure. It's the kind of theme that gets the whole group talking before you've even left for downtown Nashville.

The open-plan living area ties the kitchen, dining space, and a green-sofa lounge together, keeping cooking and hanging out in the same room instead of splitting a big family group apart. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms give everyone, including multiple families traveling together, a place to land at the end of the day, and the Make-up "Getting Ready" stations make pre-night-out prep simple with a full house.

Downstairs is the real surprise: a disco game room with a light-up dance floor, a disco ball, and its own bar, built for a second act once dinner's done. Spend the day exploring Nashville, soak together in the hot tub, then head down to the disco room for dancing and drinks before everyone turns in.

BEDROOM LAYOUT

Four bedrooms let a large family or multi-family group spread out while keeping everyone together under one roof, listed on VRBO with the exact sleeping setup below.

• Bedroom 1: King bed

• Bunk Room: 6 double beds (stacked frames)

• Bedroom 3: King bed

• Bedroom 4: 3 double beds (stacked frames) Safari Haus works well for family reunions, multi-family trips, and groups celebrating birthdays or bachelorette weekends together, with enough bedrooms and bathrooms that nobody has to share more than they'd like. It's not set up for events that bring in guests beyond those staying overnight.

4/10 Poor

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
The house is nicely decorated, clean and fits 12 people as described. However the kitchen is poorly equipped for 12. There are only 6 plates, and 3 wine glasses. Also the keurig is a single serving one that requires you to add water for every single cup which honestly is inconvenient for a house of 12. The worst was the appliances. We arrived to find the stove and oven did not work. We had a chef coming to cook dinner for 9 in an ill equipped kitchen. Eventually after several messages and the host asking us to check gas switch, electrical panels, make videos, etc they send a repair person who had to call someone else because of a missing knob that made him worried about attempting to check the stove/oven. Second maintenance person arrived and was able to fix stove but not the oven. We had to reschedule and pay for rescheduling our chef for next day. However oven was still not fixed the next day. So no way to cook frozen meals for 9, baked, etc. You can only do so much with a microwave. No refund of any type was given for this. So bring your own plates, bowls, and do NOT plan on using oven. Also the trash can drawer is broken. But a pretty place for pictures for my daughter’s bachelorette weekend.

Hey Veronica, your daughter's bachelorette weekend should've been seamless, and having a broken oven when you've booked a chef is far from ideal. I've sent the maintenance report regarding the oven and the trash drawer to our local team so they can address the underlying issues. We're also checking the kitchen inventory to ensure the plate and glass counts match the guest capacity. Thanks, Steve from Misfit Homes
