We had issues as follows,1)The AC wasn’t working and gave a E7 erro2) There was a stain on the fitted sheet 3) The lawns were very overgrown and lots of weeds 4) There was a leak in the kitchen sink tap5) There were dried flowers in the vase The host was responsive but couldn’t really do anything to sort the issues highlighted above.In our second stay we encountered the following issues,1) The AC issue wasn’t fixed2) The towels provided were a small size and had a bad odour, again the hosts couldn’t provide us with new towels as the cleaners were too far away and not local 3) The toilet door lock and handle isn’t working and the door was jammed, and we had to figure out how to do it ourselves The hosts were responsive and polite but unable to sort out any of the issues listed above

Thanks for the detailed feedback — we’re sorry your stays fell short of expectations.
With the extreme heat of 42 degrees we do apologise the issues.
We took your points seriously and have acted on each one:
- AC (E7): an HVAC technician has been scheduled to diagnose and repair the fault and test the system thoroughly.
- Linen & towels: the stained fitted sheet was removed and replaced, and the towel stock has been upgraded to full-size, odor-free towels. We’re also reviewing our laundry and restock processes to prevent repeats.
- Grounds: the lawns and weeds were addressed and a regular maintenance schedule is now in place. We are acrually working on landscaping program but please understand that due to it being rural area it is part of the nature with soil ground outside our house.
- Kitchen sink leak: a plumber should have repaired the tap.
- Dried flowers: all decorative items have been removed and our cleaning checklist was updated to prevent this in future.
- Toilet door lock/handle: the lock and handle were repaired and all apartment door hardware is being inspected.
You were right to expect quicker resolutions — while the team was responsive during your stays, the delays were unacceptable. We’re improving local maintenance coverage and spare supplies so more issues can be fixed promptly on-site.
Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. We hope to demonstrate these improvements on a future stay.
