The place was clean and the coffee and tea station was a hit. It was near the stadium and easy to get to. We had a pleasant stay and the host was very attentive.

Perfect location for the reason for our visit. Convenient to many restaurants and activities. Perfect space size for what we needed. Had an issue with the TV when we arrived and owner responded quickly had it resolved early the next day.

This place is GREAT! Close to everything we were there for. Quiet neighborhood, beautifully landscaped, house had everything you could need. Host was awesome! She answered all my questions quickly and fully! Thank you! We will absolutely stay again!

Relaxing Stay

The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood. It had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen had all of the staples for cooking, plenty of everything. Enjoyed the large backyard and covered deck on the back.

FSU beat BAMA weekend

This home is in a great location and proximity to the FSU stadium as well as to many places to eat. We were in for a girls weekend and to watch FSU at their football season opener.

Average Stay!!!

Average stay!!! In side the house was clean. Nice deck!!! But the yard needed maintenance. Especially if kids are staying and are wanting to play in the yard.

good location to school

older home needs a little updating with decor and maintenance. We could not sit in living room all together and watch a movie comfortably because couch was small and no other furniture. Outdoor table is small and a little dangerous. beds were comfortable but could use headboards to make it look homey. Front steps could be power washed We have stayed in a lot of Rentals and this one is ok but with a little Pinterest it could be much better.
