Spacious Condo Steps from Ocean & Boardwalk w/ Pool & Elevator
Nicely appointed two level condominium located just two blocks to the Ocean, Boardwalk and a short stroll to everything in town Rehoboth Beach. You will enjoy the community pool, spacious living area, separate dining room, screened porch and deck. This property also boasts 3 bedrooms, including one that is ensuite, two car assigned parking and an elevator in the building for easy access to the unit.

Bedroom 2: 1 Queen
Bedroom 3: 2 Twins
Living Area: Queen Airbed In Closet
Guests can purchase a $70 (non-refundable) accidental damage protection fee policy OR select a $3,000 refundable security deposit.
Rentals DO NOT INCLUDE toiletries, bed or bath linens, linen packages are available for purchase.
Dogs are not permitted in our rental units unless otherwise indicated.
The standard policy for community pools is that they are opened starting on May 25th and closing on September 1st.
