There are stairs up to the suite but they are well designed as low rise which makes it easy to use. Fabulous kitchen with anything you could need, well stocked and a real cost saver eating I!

Sandra and Greg were amazing hosts. We were evacuated from our home due to the Summerland wildfire. It was such a blessing to have somewhere where we could feel safe , wash clothes, and get a good nights sleep. We are forever grateful. Shannon, Dean, Rylea & Milo.

Fantastic, well designed, maintained and hosted rental. Plenty of space for 2 people but could easily accomodate two couples. Nice little patio area. Kitchen had everything we needed and we apprecited an AC unit with seperate controls in each room. We had a vehicle so driving 5min to groceries stores etc was great but it would be a long steady climb back on foot. Also really appreciated the proximity to Naramata Bench and beaches. Great value! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful carriage house in a quiet neighborhood. Sandra was always quick to respond to our inquiries. Bed was super comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and the patio was a lovely spot for morning coffee. The products that were supplied in the bathroom were very appreciated. A lovely nine day getaway!

We had such a wonderful stay! The suite was absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. The beds and linens were lovely, and it really felt like a home away from home.What impressed us most was how thoughtfully stocked the suite was — far beyond anything we would normally expect from a vacation rental. There were spices, coffee, tea, sugars and condiments in the fridge, the bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, hand cream and other little extras. Sandra really seems to have thought of everything!Sandra was available if we needed anything, but at the same time we had complete privacy and didn’t see her at all during our stay. We felt very welcome without ever feeling like we were intruding on someone else’s space.The suite was also very easy to find and wonderfully private. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable or welcoming place to stay and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!A note about the star rating: Unfortunately, there seems to be a glitch in the app and it will not allow me to select 5 stars — only 4. Please know that this is absolutely a 5-star review in every category and 5 stars overall. The 4-star rating shown is not intentional and does not reflect our experience whatsoever.

We had a great time. The space is really well designed, super clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a well set up kitchen, lots of towels, and A/C that was adjustable in each room. Sandra was friendly, responsive and accommodating. We would love to stay again!

This apartment is spacious, very comfortable and perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need. It’s quiet and private and excellent for pets. Sandra was genuinely warm & friendly and the perfect host. Location is great to get around the Penticton area. Highly recommended.

It was just as advertised, very clean, the host communicated quickly as I did not have my access code due to a glitch in the VRBO site, the host took care of this immediately. I have a small service dog who felt totally at home. Very comfortable beds. The kitchen was very well appointed. We enjoyed our stay, sorry I did not take any pictures.

Beautiful, clean, restful, even better than pictured ( although pics are very good). Sandra's ease of communication and quick responses to any questions are big assets. My little dog and I LOVED this place. Will book again with Sandra, I hope it will be availible!
