Not a good experience for the price that we paidIt was a terrible experience, the property was located near beach that was the only good thing.Holes in the bathroom and water dripping from the unit above, broken floors, rusted bathroom fittings not enough parking for two cars

Thank you for sharing this feedback. I’m very sorry your stay at Paradise Villas 1-A fell so short of expectations — holes in the bathroom, water dripping from the unit above, broken flooring, rusted fittings, and inadequate parking are unacceptable. We take maintenance and cleanliness seriously and will escalate these issues with the owner and our maintenance team for immediate inspection and repair. Sincerely, Luxury Beach Rentals

Fun Spot!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the experience was good. The check in details were difficult to get, but the staff were trying their best to stay in contact and help any way the could. The location is nice with the pool bands and steps away from the beach. Had some troubles with TVs and Wifi, but they were able to fix the wifi and make sure we had everything that we needed. Locaton itself was modern and clean, would definitely stay at this location again. I will add though, the parking lot is terrible for spacing and very limited. Especially if you have a larger SUV or Truck! With all that said, we would definitely stay at this location again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed to find that there was no TV without a subscription. We expected to at least have local. They came out and told us we would have it but it was never connected. The hallway bathroom had leaking and you move the shower to the spigot. The worst part was on Thursday night someone moved it directly above us. They were seen using drugs, the did not observe quiet time even into early morning hours.
