Welcome to TOP FLORIDA's Villa Sail Away! If you know Cape Coral, I am sure you just love the Palaco Grande neighborhood. Here you find an invigorating mix of impressive new homes and loved and cared for original homes that have been updated, but keeping their original inviting charm. Villa Sail away is one of those lovely homes, situated on a rare sail boat access canal just around the corner from the Caloosahatchee River. The home, with approval, is also pet friendly, with certain exceptions. The expansive pool is heated for your convenience. So, if you need to get on Island Time, book it now before someone else does!
Our guests enjoy an electric allowance of $50/week or $150/month and only pay over that per usage.
Please note, a full-size crib, pack-and-plays and highchairs can be rented from us as well.
