Home was amazing for our family gathering. Fantastic location overlooking the General golf course. Very good layout of the house. We had 12 adults and had more than enough room. Younger adults used the bedrooms with bunk beds, but didn't mind it since the bottom bunk is a full size bed (might have been queen size but I don't recall).Golf simulator was awesome as well as the other activities provided. Hot tub and fire pit were great! We have already booked our stay for next year with the same group.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious home, with beautiful, comfortable furnishings.More than enough room for our group of 6 adults and 4 children. Close to area attractions, but plenty of activities around the house. The golf simulator and hot tub were hits for our group!Very clean with high quality furnishings. Linda was very easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. We are looking forward to a return stay!

Plenty of space, bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms for everyone, exceptionally well-appointed, nice quiet location both in terms of proximity to Highway 20 and overlooking the 10th hole of the President Gold Course, a game room that was exceptionally appointed in terms of furniture, games, a golf simulator, a bar, and an outdoor deck with plenty of seating, a fire pit, and a large hot tub, a huge kitchen area with seating for everyone, smart TVs throughout the home, and an upstairs deck (and much more). A great rental!

Absolutely stunning home that looked like it was straight out of a Pottery Barn catalog. Beds were super comfy. High quality linens and towels. Stacked with everything you could possibly need. Communication with Linda was excellent and she happily answered all of my questions. Bigger than it looks in the photos. Already planning an excuse to come back!

The golf simulator was a huge hit, but there were so many additional things to do nobody was ever bored. The home was clean and decorated beautifully, and it was so wonderful to have en-suites with all the bedrooms. We immediately decided to book this home again for next year after our stay.

You will hate to leave!!

It's a nice house, and the golf simulator was a hit. The dishwasher was out of order for our stay, which, ok, but for the amount being charged for this house everything should be perfect - no excuses.

This is a beautiful home with an incredible view — truly a special place to stay. The owners have gone above and beyond to include thoughtful amenities, and the quality of the home is exceptional. The dishwasher, although fairly new, is currently being replaced under warranty, and unfortunately, there was a bit of a wait involved. As with any home, occasional maintenance or appliance issues can happen. We made sure to inform this guest ahead of time so there were no surprises. It’s disappointing to see negative feedback afterward, as we didn’t hear any concerns during the stay. Everything about this home is top-notch, and the owners genuinely care about making sure every guest has a wonderful experience from start to finish. Please book this home with complete confidence — it’s a stunning property that guests consistently love

We spent hours with the golf simulator. We had an issue with the disposal and the staff member arrived promptly and also took care of that issue and then spent a long time showing us how the golf simulator worked. I would definitely recommend this house and plan on renting it again.

The home was beautiful and so clean with plenty of space (and extra!!) for 6 adults and 4 kids. There were even some kids toys and chalk in the garage. Quick drive to the Owners Club for the pool. Leading up to the check-in could have been a bit more accessible (needing a desktop or Apple device) to see check-in information. There was also a mix-up upon arrival and the code was set for a different number and we were unable to get in. Once that was quickly resolved, we had a great stay! Would definitely book this or another home with Vacation Home of Galena!

Everyone tried it. We had a little problem getting it started, but called our agent. The gentleman came over fixed it no problem whatsoever.The house was well furnished almost everything you need. It was there. View the view oh my gosh it was beautiful. Plenty of space for everybody. Roam around go for a walk outside ride their bikes in the driveway. At night you could just sit out and watch the stars and there’s plenty of them. They had a TV and almost every room so if somebody wanted to some quiet time they could go into a room and watch TV in their room and the girls did.We also enjoyed that it was zero entry when you came into the house and the garage garage was huge three car garage. Beautiful outside seating with plenty of chairs we all enjoyed the house so much.
