If you rented F202 before you can expect an all-new living space with fresh clean paint, extensive repairs and maintenance completed, mostly all-new furniture and decor, updated Air Conditioning, updated window coverings with black-out liners, new mattresses, all new luxury Hotel Collection bedding and bath linens, luxurious pillows and down comforters, additional original wall decor, enhanced bathroom amenities, new patio lounging furniture, and more.

F202 looks and feels as if it is brand new! Guests will enjoy the impressive ocean view from the second level. F202 is a grand residence of more than 3,500 square feet inside and outside. F202 provides 3 large private bedroom suites under one roof (King in ocean primary, Cal King in 2nd primary, 2 Queen beds in third bedroom), 3 full bathrooms, a half powder hallway bath, a spacious great room with living, dining and kitchen, and a laundry room. As with all properties created by Private Paradise Villas, the kitchen will be elaborately equipped for genuine family-style cooking and entertaining. The new round dining table indoors seats 6 plus 3 counter stools, and the outdoor dining table seats 6 plus a 4 person chat corner.

Indoors, abundant sunshine streams through the many windows and solid floor to ceiling glass doors. Enjoy plenty of natural light without the excessive warmth of direct sun that can make staying in a higher floor villa less comfortable. With confidence, we like to boast that you may not want to go anywhere during your holiday, other than to lounge day and night on your own expansive covered alfresco lanai. Expect beautiful seasonal sunsets from F202, views of the blue Pacific, starlight skies, dancing tiki torches, and the charming glitter of resort ambiance.

The F building is conveniently located in the center of the resort. It is close to the family pool, the lobby, the Shops At Wailea, and yet it is also close to the beach and the heated adult swimming pool and spa. After you park and exit your vehicle, you travel directly into your vacation home via the semi-exclusive elevator. Parking is just steps away from your front door.

A large cleanly wall-mounted television provides fun entertainment in the great room, and each bedroom will also have a large over-sized flat panel television, HD cable box with HD channel subscriptions, charging stations, Netflix account, streaming capability, and a speaker system. There is complimentary Wi-Fi and multiple areas to work including from the dining table with an ocean view! The living room has an HD DVR that will record your favorite entertainment while you are at the beach. Additional upscale details include a built-in complimentary no-charge guest safe, premium high thread-count bath and bed linens, plush pillow-top beds, and extra linens in every closet.

If you would like assistance, simply call the Wailea Beach Villas security office for a lift to the beach access area. Nestled along the shore of Wailea Beach are several covered casabella chaise lounges and cabanas available exclusively for guests of the Wailea Beach Villas, along with on-site beachfront massage services.

The beach front paved pedestrian promenade that passes through Wailea Resort along the coastline serves as an ideal pathway for walking and jogging. You may rent sports gear such as kayaks, stand up paddle boards, snorkel sets, surfboards and more - a few steps away - in front of the Grand Wailea Resort. We also provide portable beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and cooler in your villa - for expeditions to other beaches, as well as beach towels to take with you for use on snorkel sail boat adventures.

Vacation at Wailea Beach Villas and you don`t have to be unnecessarily concerned about the availability of lounge chairs or sun umbrellas. There is no need to spend extra money to rent a cabana to be guaranteed some quiet space or sunshade. There are plenty of sun umbrellas, lounge chairs, and shaded areas at both swimming pools for all guests to enjoy on a no-charge basis. In fact, the friendly pool attendants will set up an umbrella and a lounge chair on Wailea Beach for you. Towel and water service is also available poolside and at the beach. - Occupancy in excess of six guests requires using existing bedding or rental bedding at extra rental cost. There are only four beds provided in the villa.
- Only guests registered as staying in a villa and villa owners are permitted to use the common areas and amenities on property, including the Fitness Center, Beach Services and the pools at Wailea Beach Villas.
- Please expect ambient audible living noises including but not limited to children playing, person-to-person conversations, public space music, any on-site food and beverage service, on-site or adjacent luaus, and on-site or adjacent parties, group conventions, sunset horns, and firework celebrations.
- You will be a guest in a villa/apartment residential resort with a mix of permanent residents, part-time owner visitors, and vacationing visitors. The villas are fee simple condominiums with individual private owners. The on-site services are not intended to fully duplicate those of a luxury hotel. Valet parking and luggage service may be available only during limited hours in keeping with the residential character of the property.
- Parking is provided on property for one vehicle on a complimentary basis. Additional vehicle parking may be limited and costs may apply.

Wailea Beach Villas is a private gated community for registered guests only. Each of our luxury villas has a stated maximum occupancy, detailed on PrivateParadiseVillas.com and in your Agreement. Friends and family staying elsewhere on island during your visit are not a part of your Agreement and the guest list, and therefore are absolutely prohibited from entering Wailea Beach Villas and using the common element facilities such as the pools and fitness center. In order to have your friends or family members enjoy vacationing with you, please inquire with us regarding the availability of any other additional Wailea Beach Villas to rent. All gatherings must be planned for locations other than within Wailea Beach Villas community property. Extra charges for excess occupancy and excess departure cleaning fees will be charged, if applicable, following any over-occupancy event. Resort management reserves the right to ask non-registered guests to depart the pool and property grounds immediately.

Our collection of Maui vacation residences are HOTEL-Zoned or have LEGAL short-term rental permits.
