Spacious Dog-Friendly Home w/ Porch, Deck & Walk to Beach!
Located in Country Club Estates, this spacious, dog friendly home has an open floor plan with a large screened in front porch, a side deck with an automated retractable awning, an outdoor shower and a gas grill. The house sleeps up to eight people, has expanded cable with Netflix and a wireless Bluetooth speaker. It's just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk and Rehoboth Avenue, and across the street from the Tot Lot Park. Property also offers 2 RB permits for parking. DOG ALLOWED WITH ADDITIONAL $300 DOG FEE PER STAY.
