Greenwood Lodge at Lake Taupo | Lakeside Escape w/ Beach, Lawn & Mooring
A Taupo lake front classic. Beautiful native timber throughout, this lovely home is right on Hot Water Beach, which is 5 mins away from Taupo township. 2022 updates: new high-pressure hotwater system, and radiators through the house. 2 large fridges, bar-fridge, and large induction hob stove.
Three king bedrooms, a 4 bed bunk room (please note, bunks not full adult size) and a den with 2 single divan beds (sorry they can not be made up as a king bed). Separate large kitchen and living areas. A large deck facing the lake and the setting sun.
Downstairs there is a large hot water bath/pool which fills from the geothermal heated water. Kids love this. It can be filled daily.
The whole site is fenced and there is a large flat lawn in front of the house. The beach is sandy and safe for swimming. The geothermal water drifts to the top on still days making swimming particularly enjoyable. There is a boat mooring available. The lakeside pathway runs past the property and is great for bike rides and walks around the lake.
