The open, sunny, bed-sittingroom is accessed through a private entrance. Patio doors open to the back deck overlooking a wooded ravine . The adjacent, fully equiped, eat-in kitchen is yours' alone. The large, main room has a gas fireplace and 42 " TV with Firestick. Retro decor is comfortable and clean. The three-piece shower room is off the hallway adjacent to the kitchen. A shared laundry room is one floor below. Street parking is free, or a small car can fit in the driveway. This backsplit home is owner-occupied in a quiet, residential neighborhood close to the Waterfront Trail, Lakeside Park, and Port Dalhousie beach. Grocery store, restaurants, a bank and bus service plus other shops are two blocks away.
