A beautifully decorated camp with a large open living area, smart tv, wi-fi, & laundry. The 3 bedrooms include a king size bed in master suite,king bed in 2nd bedroom , and bunk bedroom with double bed on bottom bunks, 3 baths and a six foot tub & separate shower in master bath. The front & back decks offer outdoor relaxation or you can relax underneath the camp on the two large swings and picnic table. There's ample parking and a fish cleaning station. There is also ample electrical outlets to recharge golf cart or boat batteries, Located 1000ft. from the Gulf of Mexico for a short walk to the beach.

Jennifer and her family are always fantastic. Although there were some unexpected issues with the A/C they were very understanding. They take care of this home as if it's their own and they are welcome back anytime.

Great camp

Camp was amazing, short walk to the beach and right around the corner from a golf cart rental. Great location on the island so not too far from anything you may want to go do. Camp itself was amazing, large spacious camp and very clean. Absolutely will be staying here again!

Fantastic Vacation

This property had an ideal location on the island, we could get to the beach, supermarket, or boat launch in 5 minutes or less. Plenty of room to park boat trailers and vehicles too! Neighbors were very friendly and helpful. Property manager was very professional and friendly. It was a great first time visit to Grand Isle and we will definitely will be back!

Always a great stay!

My family has been renting this camp for the past 3 years. It perfectly accommodates our family. This year was a bit rainy, so we played games and watched movies. Our crew was a few people short this year, but we still had a great time. Just be careful of the mosquitos they swarm in large groves and are large enough to carry you away!!!

Great camp!

We had 3 couples with our group and it was a perfect set up. Camp has plenty of room, the layout of the bathrooms is very convenient to the bedrooms, shower pressure and hot water is great, kitchen has anything and everything you need, very clean, beds are very comfortable, plenty of towels, outside sitting area is great with two swings, and great location. I have nothing but good things to say. Owner has it accommodated with everything you will need.

No monkeying around….Camp Monkey Business was great!

All went well with booking, check-in, our stay, and our exit. The camp was stocked with all we needed except I recommend you bring your seafood boiling outfit to use downstairs in case you catch crabs and a non stick frying pan for eggs, etc. The location is great with Beach Bum cart rentals 2 blocks away, the path to beach is right across the Hwy., the grocery store is less than a mile away. Cisco’s Hideaway Bar is down the street and has the best peach daiquiri I ever had( cash only). We had a comfortable stay with plenty of room for 6 adults and a baby. We especially liked the swings under the camp and the ice maker in the kitchen freezer. We recommend this camp.

They've thought of everything here. There's a well stocked kitchen. Plenty of bath towels and linens. They provided plenty of toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, dish detergent, etc. Large washer and dryer makes it easy to keep up with laundry. They have a dish washer. All things that make your stay more convenint. It was also very clean and well maintained. The camp is centrally located on a street directly across from a crossover to access the beach. Underneath the camp has a couple of wwooden swings and picnic table. There's plenty of space to park. We lived our stay here and definitley plan on returning!

Wonderful Get Away on Grand Isle Beach

We had an EXCELLENT 3 night stay at Camp Monkey Business. The owner was very easy to work with. No issues with check-in or check-out. She has an electric key pad with a code for the door access which was AMAZING!! We never had to worry about a key while we were at the beach or in the boat. There is so much space to park and also a fish cleaning station downstairs. This came in handy for us as we were able to clean the fish we caught each day. We had room downstairs to set up for a crab/shrimp boil. She has nice swings and a big picnic table also. There is a nice big washer and dryer which is a perk to have! The inside is very spacious and well decorated. We had 6 adults and 2 children and never felt crowded. Everyone had room to sleep in their own bed. She has the camp fully stocked with enough bath towels for everyone. All of the appliances work great. She has a large stand up refrigerator in the laundry room which helped out so much with storing items, such as drinks, beer and leftover food. The location of Camp Monkey Business is great!! The camp is about half way down a street, which is right across from the beach. There is a walk over at the end of the street to get to the beach. The Camp is not even 5 minutes from the Sand Dollar boat launch. The grocery store is not even 2 minutes up the main road. We felt at home and we will book for next year! We highly recommend Camp Monkey Business for your next Grand Isle stay!

The camp was very nice and there really wasn't anything we needed that the camp didn't have (except a large cooking pot and frying pan- which we brought with us). ALL of the beds were extremely comfortable. There was enough parking for everyone (4+ vehicles). The camp was just perfect for our family! We can't wait till next year. We will definitely rent this camp again.

Amazing rental

Was a very easy process of renting this property ! The hostess Ms Patricia was extremely friendly and very quick in her responses , the property is A very well kept , very clean and a really good layout for family an friend s to enjoy , Would highly recommend !
