What makes this property unique
This fully self-contained one-bedroom unit, with private entrance, is situated beneath our main residence. It features an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry space complete with a washing machine and detergent. The unit also includes a separate bedroom, dining room, bathroom, and a walk-in wardrobe. A desk and high speed internet is available in the bedroom, if you’re here for work or study.
Outside, there’s a decked area with outdoor seating, dining table, and sun shade. A tandem parking space is available directly in front of the unit.
Nestled between the Hinterland and beaches we are 35 minutes away from Mt Tambourine and 25 minutes from Surfers Paradise beach. Close to Carrara indoor and outdoor Stadiums, Cbus Stadium and 3 theme parks. You can have a fun filled, busy day in the hustle and bustle of the Gold Coast and come home to a peaceful haven. Best of both worlds!
