My wife & I just finished our 1st ever visit to Vancouver and had such a wonderful experience. Without a doubt a portion of our exceptional experience has to be attributed to our stay at this fantastic property. I found this property and began communicating with Catalina months before our arrival date. Catalina was incredible and so very kind to not only tell me about her property but more importantly took the time to share tons of ideas on what to do in Vancouver from great dining options to the many must do activities while visiting. We were not even paying customers at the time and her kindness & willingness to share local knowledge made a huge impression on me. I could not have been any happier with my decision to stay at Catalina's property on Beach Ave. The location for either a seasoned Vancouver traveler or a complete 1st timer like us absolutely cannot be beat. You are only 1 block from the Aqua Bus, an exceptional grocery store and countless restaurants and local bars. We walked everywhere and besides a 1 day road trip up to Whistler never needed a car. Catalina's constant communication before and during our stay was superior. We did not arrive until after midnight but our check-in process could not have been any smoother. We are seasoned travelers and this trip and this property certainly will resonate with us for years to come. Without a doubt I would NOT hesitate in booking your stay with Catalina. The property is impeccably clean and its location is unmatched!

Absolutely perfect. Could not have been better!

I would give this review 10 stars if I could. I don’t VRBO that often so this is somewhat new to me. The check in process was very easy. Communication with the host was quick and straightforward. We actually seemed to connect and I felt a bond as she went out of her way to be extremely helpful. The location was amazing just steps away from the waterfront and a very nice trail that connects to Stanley Park. The condo itself was exactly what I needed and everything was clean, decorated well and stocked with everything one might need. It beat my expectations. She even made sure to have laundry pods. Just everything about this was first class.

Catalina our host was a pearl to accomodate us for our early check-in. The appt. has plenty of luminous daylight and is located in a nice and safe neighbourhood near many good restaurants. Food markets are one street away. Grainville island is one hop away by aquabus. We will be back for sure.
