Other things to note
Private Suite & Soundproofing – The basement suite is entirely separate with its own entrance, heating, and ventilation system. You will not have access to the basement, and it will not impact your stay in any way.

Construction Notice – Since the neighborhood is newly developed, there may be occasional construction noise during the day. Exterior landscaping and backyard work is not completed and may happen during your stay. However, no interior unit access required.
