Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Ensure all dishes are washed, clean, dried and put away. Please clean the BBQ if use. Close all windows and blinds. Place all towels in the bathroom. General tidy up of the home.
Please contact us if there has been any accidents or damages to the home and furnishings, so that we can rectify for the next guests.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Primary guest booking must be over 25 years of age, photo ID required. Only registered guests to enter the home. No sleeping on the couches.
No bikes, motor bikes, skate boards, scooters or any other recreational items to be stored in or used in the house. Shed access available on request.
Inside furniture not to be taken outside. This includes chair's, tables and soft furnishings. All guests must be registered on original booking
