This beauty boasts two living areas both with smart TV's, a theatre room with projector, a foosball table, a pool table, an outdoor swimming pool with a BBQ and pizza oven. Sit on the balcony to enjoy a glass of wine. There's plenty of walks around Erskine foreshore or take the kayaks out for a bit of a paddle.
This property is within walking distance of Boundary Island Brewery who serve up amazing meals whilst taking in the relaxing views of the waters.
Free use of 3 kayaks and crab nets included.
