This cabin is lovely and in a great spot. Lots of friendly local Alpacas, geese, 28's, blue wrens and ducks. We had some nice wine across the road at Whimwood. 100% reccomend this cabin.

Fantastic property overall. The cabin is set in a quiet picturesque part of the Balingup valley and it's in a beautiful spot. The only few downsides were that the details of the property is that it's private, whereas you're right in the middle of several other cabins that are just a stone's throw away - the pictures did make it seem like it was a lot more secluded. It said there was a microwave and this just didn't exist. The airfryer was still dirty and had been stored away - this isn't a huge problem but some more care is needed to make sure appliances are

The cottage was absolutely wonderful. There was an issue with the host using an app not available in australia so had some check in issues, but the helpdesk sorted this out for me with a single phone call.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cottage is beautiful, cosy, and full of character, with a lovely old-style charm. The veranda overlooking the bush and river was especially peaceful and made it the perfect place to relax and unwind.Unfortunately, the kitchen let the experience down. The only frying pan provided was a non-stick pan with the coating heavily scratched and peeling, to the point that it felt rough and furry to the touch, so we weren’t comfortable using it. The salt and pepper containers were oily and clumped together, and we also found bugs in the instant coffee. In addition, the bed sheets had a few small stains when we arrived. These are all relatively simple issues to address, but together they made the kitchen and overall cleanliness feel below the standard we’d expected. With a bit more attention to the condition of the cookware, pantry items, and linen, this would be an excellent place to stay.Overall, it’s a lovely property in a beautiful, peaceful location, and we hope these issues are addressed because it has so much potential.

A Beautiful Location

Best part was the wildlife. Accommodation was tired but adequate with some expected items lacking. Needs a big renovation and revamp. No microwave so had to heat my coffee on stove(brought my own pod machine) Oven machine needed lifting out into the bench to connect to the power. No instructions of how to use it.Needs renovation and modernisation.
