Fantastic and quiet neighborhood close to west Edmonton mall and nearby to play grounds and a park etc.

Perfect for a family who would love to have a spacious and relaxing stay while not breaking the bank.

You are getting 4 bedrooms, including a master suite with jacuzzi tub, a huge home with kitchen and dining room for the price of a hotel room.

Renovations are ongoing when bookings allow to reach peak potential. Basement is occupied by tenants. No party or smoking inside or extra people would lead to cancellation

my sons called it "the crackhouse" It was beyond awful. We would have refused to checkin except the City was full for a concert. Host gave wrong info. BD doors were locked with no combos. Paint spalttered everywhere. Dead bugs on carpets. Two rooms with no furniture. No closet in Master. Drawers missing handles. 4 chairs for 10 people. Too few plates. Plastic knives and forks. Linens stunk - we used others from family. Front and back weeds were 4 feet high. Just awful.
